American rapper Lil Uzi Vert and his management agency, Roc Nation, have faced a lawsuit from a former assistant alleging sexual harassment and unpaid labour. The assistant, identified as Jane Doe, accused Uzi of sending inappropriate messages and forcing her to work excessive hours without pay.
According to court documents, she worked for the rapper between 2022 and 2025, handling various professional and personal tasks. She claimed she received suggestive messages from Uzi, including remarks about her body, and was made to work shifts lasting more than thirty hours. The complaint also alleged she was asked to assist Uzi’s partner, rapper JT, without compensation.
The case further claimed that drug-related behaviour in the working environment made her duties stressful and unsafe. Roc Nation was listed as a co-defendant, accused of ignoring her complaints and failing to act. The assistant demanded payment for unpaid wages and compensation for emotional distress.
The lawsuit gained public attention after the details surfaced online, sparking widespread discussion. However, court records later confirmed that the assistant had withdrawn the case without providing any reason for her decision.
Lil Uzi Vert has remained silent on the matter since the case ended. His live performances and upcoming releases continue as planned, with no interruptions to his career schedule.
