American rapper Gunna shut down Ilubirin, Lagos, on December 29 with his “The Last Wun” concert. The show drew a massive crowd of fans eager to witness the rapper perform live in the city. It marked the first stop of the African leg of Gunna’s “The Last Wun” world tour and his second performance in Lagos.
Hit-Filled Set Keeps Crowd Engaged
Gunna powered through several of his biggest records, including “Fukumean,” “Pushin P”, “Drip Too Hard”, “Skybox”, “Banking On Me”, and “Sold Out Dates.” The crowd responded loudly, rapping along to nearly every line and keeping the energy high throughout the set.
The concert was hosted by hypeman Best, who maintained the momentum throughout the night. Media personality Do2dtun also made a special hypeman appearance, further energising the audience. Music support came from a solid DJ lineup, with DJ DSF, Uncle Bubu, DJ Kals, and Dope Caesar taking turns on the decks to sustain the atmosphere before and between performances.
Opening Acts and Surprise Appearances
Singer Fave delivered a warm opening performance ahead of the headline act. Jamaican star Shenseea followed with a vibrant set that further excited fans inside the venue.
One of the night’s biggest moments came when Wizkid joined Gunna on stage. Both artistes performed their collaboration “Forever Be Mine”, sending the crowd into excitement.

At the end of the show, Gunna expressed gratitude to the audience, saying, “Thank you, Lagos; see you soon.”
