This date aligns with the Friday standard for new music releases. The rapper has made previous public comments, including joking about the album never dropping, while also stating that he has been working on the project to achieve perfection.
“Don’t Be Dumb” is set to be released through AWGE, Polo Grounds, and RCA. The album has been previewed with the singles “Highjack” and “Tailor Swif.”
SZA’S “SOS DELUXE: LANA” BECOMES GRAMMY’S MOST NOMINATED GRAMMY ALBUM
SZA’s expanded project “SOS Deluxe: Lana” has achieved a Grammy Awards record for a single album. The Recording Academy confirmed that nine individual tracks from the project have received nominations across four separate eligibility years.
The nominated tracks span the original 2022 “SOS” release and contributions to the 2025 “Lana” deluxe edition, which was released on December 20, 2024. The newest tracks receiving nominations for the upcoming 68th Annual Grammy Awards on February 1, 2026, are “30 for 30” featuring Kendrick Lamar and “Crybaby.”
The “SOS” album spent 13 nonconsecutive weeks atop the Billboard 200 chart. The nominated tracks include previous Grammy winners such as “Snooze” (Best R&B Song) and “Ghost in the Machine” (Best Pop Duo/Group Performance). The unprecedented volume of nominations surpasses all previous records for a single body of work.
