D-Block Europe secured the number one position on the Official UK Hip-Hop & R & R&B Albums Chart with its newest release, “PTSD 2”.
The 29-track mixtape, released on November 14, 2025, debuted atop the specialist chart.
“PTSD 2”, a sequel to the group’s 2019 platinum-certified, sold over 25,000 in its first week.
The achievement was driven by a combination of physical copies and streaming performances. The project is the group’s ninth top-10 album and extends their record for the most chart entries by a UK rap act or group. This builds on the success of their 2024 chart-topper, “Rolling Stone”. The duo’s lead single from the mixtape, “Wrongs” featuring Lil Tjay, peaked at number 51 on the UK Singles Chart.
The pair commented on the project’s success in a statement: “This is for the streets that shaped us—PTSD 2 is our story of growth.”
The release precedes the start of D-Block Europe’s “12-date” winter arena tour, which began November 23 in Belfast’s SSE Arena. The tour is set to conclude in London’s O2 Arena on December 16.
