The Weeknd achieved another major record as his After Hours Til Dawn tour crossed $1 billion in revenue worldwide.
The new figure followed fresh onsale data for shows in Mexico, Brazil, Europe and the United Kingdom. The tour started on 14 July 2022 in Philadelphia and has grown into one of the biggest stadium runs of this decade.
In August, Billboard Boxscore stated that the tour had earned $635.5 million at that point. The report added that the tour had sold more than 5.1 million tickets, placing it ahead of Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour.
The tour has became one of the few to pass the $600 million range. The Weeknd also became the only R&B and Black artiste on that list, which includes major pop and rock performers.
His team said he donated more than $8.5 million to the XO Humanitarian Fund and Global Citizen. Money from the upcoming 2026 tour will continue to support the World Food Programme through Global Citizen projects.
The 2025 North American stadium run recorded more than 40 sold-out shows and set several attendance records. The tour will continue next year with 40 new dates across Mexico, Brazil, Europe and the United Kingdom, beginning on 20 April in Mexico City.
