Taylor Swift dominates the Billboard 200 chart again as The Life of a Showgirl returns to its leading position. The album rises from number three and secures its eighth non-consecutive week at number one. It earned 99,000 equivalent units in the tracking week ending on December 4. Retail promotions during Black Friday and newly released signed CDs contributed to the album’s renewed lift.

Streaming delivered 53,000 units, representing more than 69 million official on-demand plays across its collected tracks. Physical sales add 46,000 units following increased activity driven by seasonal demand. Track-equivalent units remain below 1,000 during the reporting period.

The Life of a Showgirl continues demonstrating strong engagement across platforms following its earlier chart leadership. Its return to the top position reinforces its sustained performance throughout the current release cycle. The project maintains significant listener interest across December’s competitive period.

Swift’s latest achievement highlights the continuing influence of her catalogue within the album market. Eight non-consecutive weeks at number one place, the release was among the year’s most dominant chart performers.
