Summer Walker Confirms Third Album

R&B singer Summer Walker has confirmed that her third studio album, Finally Over It, will be released on Friday, 14 November 2025. The record follows her earlier albums Over It and Still Over It, both of which achieved chart success and award recognition.

Walker announced the release in partnership with Spotify, sharing a wedding-themed video teaser and a visual seating chart that lists the artists, songwriters, and producers who contributed to the project. The creative teaser formed the centrepiece of her promotional campaign.

The album features an extensive guest list that includes Chris Brown, 21 Savage, Latto, GloRilla, Sexyy Red, Brent Faiyaz, Teddy Swims, Bryson Tiller, and Sailorr. Walker reunites with previous collaborators and also works with newer figures from contemporary R&B and hip-hop scenes.

The teaser clips feature podcast hosts Drea Nicole and Lex P playing caterers who chat about the wedding guests, adding a playful tone to the promotion.

Lead single Heart of a Woman has earned two 2026 Grammy nominations for Best R&B Song and Best R&B Performance, contributing to anticipation for the full album release. The nominations add a further promotional boost ahead of the record’s distribution.

With a blend of seasoned features and contemporary production, Finally Over It is poised to be a major R&B release for the autumn. Walker’s new album will be closely watched for his commercial performance and critical response.
