The San Antonio Spurs continued their impressive surge with a 117–102 road victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder, handing the Western Conference leaders a rare defeat.

De’Aaron Fox starred with 29 points as the Spurs stretched their winning streak to eight games, their longest run since the 2018–19 season. Stephon Castle and Victor Wembanyama added 19 points apiece, with Wembanyama also pulling down 11 rebounds in under 26 minutes off the bench.
San Antonio seized momentum late in the first quarter with a 17–4 run and built a 17-point cushion in the third. Oklahoma City threatened briefly early in the fourth, but a timely Wembanyama three-pointer shut the door.
The loss ended Oklahoma City’s perfect regular-season home record. They shot just 38.9 percent from the field and 25 percent from three-point range. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led with 22 points, while Isaiah Hartenstein recorded a 13-point, 12-rebound double-double.
Three of the Thunder’s five defeats this season have now come against the Spurs. For San Antonio, the win underlined their growing momentum as they continue one of the league’s hottest runs.
