Christmas Day 2025 will place American football and global music culture on the same broadcast stage, streamed live on Netflix. Snoop Dogg will headline the NFL Christmas Gameday halftime presentation, a live music performance, during the Detroit Lions versus Minnesota Vikings matchup at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Snoop Dogg’s Holiday Halftime Performance
The halftime event, titled Snoop’s Holiday Halftime Party, will unfold during the second game of Netflix’s Christmas Day doubleheader. The presentation will air live worldwide, positioning the rapper at the centre of a global sports broadcast watched across continents on Christmas afternoon and evening.
Netflix’s Christmas Day NFL Coverage
NFL Christmas Gameday 2025 will feature two NFC division matchups streamed exclusively on Netflix. The Dallas Cowboys will face the Washington Commanders earlier in the day, followed by the Lions–Vikings game. CBS Sports will produce the live games, while NFL Media will oversee the pre-game, halftime, and post-game programming.
Star-Studded Broadcast Lineup
The Christmas Day broadcast will also include a streamlined on-air lineup. Coverage will feature Ian Eagle, Kay Adams, a television host known for football analysis, Drew Brees, a former NFL quarterback turned analyst, and Seth Rollins, a WWE superstar appearing as a guest contributor during the holiday broadcast.
The Netflix presentation will begin before kickoff with a musical opening. Kelly Clarkson will open the Christmas Day broadcast with a performance of Underneath the Tree, setting the tone for a full day of live football and entertainment streamed globally on Christmas Day 2025.
