Shatta Wale’s “Who Send You” is making waves globally, with its success on Billboard charts. The track landed at No. 4 on Billboard’s November 2025 Reggae/Dancehall Fresh Picks chart, driven by organic virality across TikTok and Instagram.
Released independently via his Shatta Movement Empire imprint, the song has amassed 35 million streams worldwide without reliance on traditional radio or promotional campaigns. The track, produced by Ibraah, blends classic Jamaican dancehall rhythms with Afrobeats flair.
The song’s rise began in Accra nightclubs before quickly exploding on social media, where user-generated challenges drove daily play counts into the millions. Billboard’s inclusion marks Shatta Wale as the top-charting independent African artiste on their global lists this month.
In an Instagram Live celebrating the chart pick, Shatta Wale declared, “This is for every Shatta Movement soldier worldwide; no big labels, just pure hustle and fan love turning dreams real.”
Billboard editor Gary Suarez noted the track’s appeal: “‘Who Send You’ captures the unfiltered energy of modern dancehall, with Shatta Wale’s delivery making it a playlist essential.”
As of December 8, 2025, the single holds steady on the U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart at No. 12. This Billboard validation coincides with the announcement of his 2026 world tour, including U.S. stops in Miami and New York.
