Selena Gomez brought stars together in Los Angeles for her third Rare Impact Fund Benefit, which raised $600,000.
The event was hosted by television host Jimmy Kimmel and featured performances from Laufey and The Marías. Gomez took red carpet photos with both artistes and her husband, Benny Blanco. Guests included Lil Dicky, Jake Shane, Jay Shetty and other well-known names from the entertainment scene.
In a statement released earlier, Gomez said the evening was a celebration of progress and a reminder that more work remained. She expressed gratitude to those who helped raise awareness of youth mental health, adding that their support reached millions of young people globally.
The Rare Impact Fund, founded five years ago through her Rare Beauty brand, had aimed to raise $100 million for mental health education and resources. The $600,000 collected from the night added to ongoing global efforts to expand access to care and learning opportunities.
The previous year’s benefit, featuring Karol G and Teddy Swims, had raised about $2 million for the cause. Gomez had often spoken about her experience with depression and bipolar disorder, and said that her journey inspired her to create the fund so young people would not struggle alone.
