It was a lively night filled with laughter and excitement as “Love in Every World 2” premiered at Filmhouse IMAX Cinema, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, on Sunday, October 19, 2025. The premiere brought together Nollywood stars, filmmakers, and fans eager to see the long-awaited sequel.
Produced by Omoni Oboli, “Love in Every World 2” continues the Romantic journey that began in “Love in Every Word”. The romantic drama follows Chioma and Obiora (nicknamed Achalugo and Odogwu) as they navigate the pressures of love, family, and the choices they make in relationship, mixing heartfelt moments with bits of humour.
The star-studded premiere drew industry personalities and film enthusiasts. Among those present were Omoni Oboli the producer, the lead actors Bambam and Uzor Arukwe, Desmond Eliot, as well as Guests, fans, and media professionals who attended the event to celebrate the film’s release.
Speaking with Hip TV, Bambam described the film as “about love” and “full of drama.” She said the story also highlights the importance of family and connection. She expressed her happiness working with Omoni Oboli, describing the experience as “amazing,” and shared that the film has had a strong impact on her acting career. Uzor Arukwe praised the movie’s “amazing flow” and said it has been a major moment for him. “Now everyone calls me Odogwu,” he joked, explaining that the nickname has helped people take him more seriously as an actor. Uzor added that 2025 has been a busy and exciting year, with three other films featuring him set to be released in December.
Omoni Oboli also reflected on the project’s success and said making the film was both exciting and fulfilling. She spoke about the success of the first instalment, Love in Every Word, which became the most-streamed Nollywood film across several platforms, calling the achievement “amazing.” She also teased that she is already working on even bigger projects.
Love in Every Word has become one of the most-watched Nollywood movies online, gaining millions of views on YouTube and trending across social media. Love in Every World 2 is set for release on Omoni Oboli TV on YouTube on 24 October 2025.
