Monaco extended their advantage in the 55th minute when substitute Aleksandr Golovin swept in a square pass from Mamadou Coulibaly with his first touch after coming on.
PSG Respond Through Barcola
PSG briefly threatened a comeback when Bradley Barcola cut the deficit in the 71st minute with a right-footed strike from the left.
However, Monaco restored their two-goal cushion just two minutes later as Balogun’s shot took a deflection off Nuno Mendes before finding the net.
