Mavericks Beat Warriors For Fourth Straight NBA Win

The Dallas Mavericks extended their winning streak to four games with a 123-115 victory over the visiting Golden State Warriors on Thursday.

Naji Marshall delivered 30 points and nine assists. Cooper Flagg recorded a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Max Christie added 21 points, and Brandon Williams chipped in 19 off the bench.

Curry Shines Despite Loss

Stephen Curry led all scorers with 38 points for Golden State. He hit 8 of 15 shots from beyond the arc, and De’Anthony Melton contributed 22.

The Warriors were dealt a blow late in the second quarter when Jonathan Kuminga exited with left knee soreness after landing awkwardly on a dunk attempt.

Momentum Swings

Golden State set the early tone behind Curry, who drilled three 3-pointers in the opening quarter to give the visitors a 27-24 lead. The Warriors stretched the margin to 45-39 in the second period before Christie sparked a 12-0 Dallas run that sent the Mavericks into halftime ahead 55-50.

The game swung again after the break. Golden State reclaimed an 89-84 lead entering the fourth before Dallas answered decisively.

Decisive Fourth Quarter

After Curry’s seventh three-pointer cut the lead to one, a flagrant foul on Draymond Green sparked an 11-0 Mavericks surge. That burst formed part of a decisive 24-5 run that powered Dallas to the win.
