Lady Gaga abruptly stopped her Mayhem Ball concert after a dancer fell off the stage during her Sydney performance. The incident occurred at Accor Stadium while she performed the song “Garden of Eden.”
Footage showed dancer Michael Dameski sliding off the stage edge during choreography amid heavy rainfall conditions. The open-air venue experienced persistent rain, making the stage surface slippery throughout the performance that evening.
Gaga immediately halted the music and addressed the situation, telling the crowd, “Just one second,” before checking on him. The concert paused for several minutes while crew members assessed safety conditions and adjusted footwear for performers.
Dameski later confirmed through social media posts that he was not injured during the fall at the concert. He wrote, “Hey everyone! I’m ok. Thank you for checking,” and confirmed he completed the show.
The Sydney concerts marked the final 2025 dates of the Mayhem Ball Tour before its scheduled break. The tour is set to resume in Tokyo in January 2026.
Earlier in September 2025, Gaga postponed a Miami Mayhem Ball show following medical advice related to vocal strain. Aside from the Miami postponement and Sydney interruption, the Mayhem Ball Tour has continued according to schedule.
