The Houston Rockets held off a late push from the Indiana Pacers to claim a 126–119 win, powered by a dominant performance from Kevin Durant.

Durant led all scorers with 30 points, adding six rebounds and five assists to guide Houston to victory. The Rockets raced into an early lead and were ahead by as many as 28 points at one stage.
Houston set the tone with efficient shooting, finishing at 59 percent from the field. Amen Thompson recorded 20 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists, while Jabari Smith Jr. posted a double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds. The Rockets also punished Indiana on the glass, converting 14 offensive rebounds into 25 second-chance points.
Indiana stayed within reach by forcing 19 Houston turnovers, turning them into 37 points. Pascal Siakam led the Pacers with 23 points, with Aaron Nesmith and Jarace Walker providing additional support. However, the early deficit proved too much to overcome.
Houston played without Alperen Şengün for a second straight game due to a calf injury and lost Steven Adams to an ankle sprain in the third quarter. Despite the absences, the Rockets closed out the win as Indiana slipped to a ninth consecutive defeat.
