The Cleveland Cavaliers secured a dramatic 117–115 win over the Philadelphia 76ers, rallying late behind a sensational performance from Jaylon Tyson.
Career Night for Tyson
Tyson delivered the best display of his NBA career, scoring a career-high 39 points on an efficient 13-of-17 shooting. He drained seven of nine three-pointers and was flawless from the free-throw line.
With Darius Garland sidelined due to a toe injury, Cleveland relied heavily on Tyson — and he delivered emphatically.
Fourth-Quarter Comeback
Philadelphia looked in control after Paul George’s jumper gave them a 100–89 lead midway through the fourth quarter. Cleveland responded with a 13–2 run, sparked by two clutch three-pointers from Tyson.
A powerful De’Andre Hunter dunk over Joel Embiid pushed the Cavaliers ahead 112–111.
Decisive Finish
Tyrese Maxey tied the game at 115 with 8.1 seconds remaining. On the next possession, Tyson drove baseline and found Evan Mobley, who finished with a decisive dunk with 4.8 seconds left.
Maxey’s half-court attempt at the buzzer missed.
