It was a lively night filled with comedy, music, and excitement as the finale of renowned comedy show Laff Mattazz held at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos on Sunday.
The finale brought together comedians, musicians, guests, and fans to enjoy the long-running comedy and music showcase.
The night kicked off with MC Omobaba and Doctor Smile, followed by rising stars Prince Phelar, MC Stylo, and Dr. Spencer. Comedy heavyweights Kenny Blaq, Taichi, Tycoon, MC 90s, and GKB kept the laughter rolling, while music stars Sunny Neji, Timi Dakolo, Niniola, Segun Johnson, 9ice, and Mayshua delivered electrifying performances.
The star-studded show drew notable figures and invited attendees. Among attendees were, billionaire businesswoman Shade Okoya, actors Segun Arinze, Yomi Fash Lanso?? and Lekan Fabilola of Masoyinbo fame.
Speaking with HIP TV, Gbenga Adeyinka expressed excitement at successfully hosting the finale in Lagos. “I feel loved and I went all out for this show,” he said He thanked performers and supporters, adding, “Thank you to God and everyone who performed and supported the show.”
Kenny Blaq shared his excitement about appearing on the Laff Mattazz finale stage and entertaining the lively audience. “I had an amazing time on the stage tonight”, he said.
Sunny Neji, attending Laff Mattazz for the first time, praised the organiser: “Gbenga always delivers top-notch performances, and it feels good to be here.”
Laff Mattazz has remained one of Nigeria’s most recognised live comedy and music brands, drawing audiences across the entertainment scene.
