K-pop band BTS is set to return to the global stage with a series of Netflix specials, marking the group’s first full-group performance since its members completed their military service.
Live Concert Streaming From Seoul
The live event, BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG, is scheduled for 21 March 2026. It will stream directly from Gwanghwamun Square, Seoul, making it the first live concert from Korea to be broadcast globally on Netflix.
Setlist and Creative Direction
The performance will feature a mix of BTS’ greatest hits alongside tracks from their upcoming album, ARIRANG, set for release on 20 March 2026.
The concert is directed by Hamish Hamilton, renowned for directing large-scale events including the Super Bowl halftime show.
Netflix Documentary: BTS: The Return
Following the live concert, Netflix will premiere a documentary titled BTS: The Return on 27 March 2026.
Directed by Bao Nguyen, the film chronicles BTS’s reunion, recording sessions for ARIRANG, and behind-the-scenes moments, offering fans insight into the group’s creative process and post-military comeback.
Arirang World Tour Announcement
The Netflix collaboration coincides with BTS’s announcement of the Arirang World Tour, scheduled to run from April 2026 into 2027.
