Bruno Mars has confirmed that his next studio album is complete. The announcement came on 5 January 2026 through a brief social media post. Mars wrote, “My album is done.”
Bruno Mars’ First Solo Album In Years
The forthcoming release will be his first solo full-length project since 24K Magic in November 2016. No title, release date, or track details have been announced.
During the period between albums, Mars focused on collaborations and limited releases. In 2021, he formed Silk Sonic with Anderson .Paak. The duo released An Evening With Silk Sonic. At the time, Mars said, “We wanted it to feel like a party.”
Mars also appeared on several singles between 2024 and 2025.
Mars has historically taken extended breaks between projects.
