Marvel Studios has released a new teaser for Avengers: Doomsday, placing Wakanda at the centre of the film’s unfolding conflict. The footage reveals the first direct crossover between Wakanda and the Fantastic Four within the main Marvel timeline.
The teaser opens in Wakanda with narration from Shuri, now Black Panther. Shuri: “I’ve lost everyone that matters to me. A king has his duties, to prepare our people for the afterlife. I have mine.”
Namor appears wearing a black, comic-accurate suit, alongside Namora.
Wakanda And Fantastic Four Appear Together
The Fantastic Four enter the scene through Ben Grimm, also known as the Thing. He meets M’Baku in a brief exchange.
M’Baku: “King M’Baku of Wakanda.”
Grimm: “Ben. Yancy Street between Broome and Grand.”
Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, and Joseph Quinn do not appear in this teaser. Marvel has confirmed their roles in Avengers: Doomsday. The wider cast includes Florence Pugh, David Harbour, Wyatt Russell, Hannah John-Kamen, Lewis Pullman, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, Tom Hiddleston, and Simu Liu.
Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled for release on 18 December 2026.
