Arsenal continued their flawless Champions League campaign with a commanding 3–1 away win over Inter Milan, extending their winning streak to seven matches.
Jesus Leads Early Charge
Mikel Arteta’s side started on the front foot and were rewarded in the 10th minute, when Gabriel Jesus poked home from close range after sustained pressure pinned Inter deep.
The early goal set the tone as Arsenal dominated possession and controlled the tempo.
Inter Respond, Arsenal React
Inter briefly shifted momentum eight minutes later when Petar Sucic bent a powerful strike beyond David Raya from the edge of the area after Nicolo Barella’s effort was blocked.
Arsenal responded quickly. In the 31st minute, Leandro Trossard nodded Bukayo Saka’s deep corner back across goal for an unmarked Jesus to head in. It was Arsenal’s 19th goal from corners this season — the most among Europe’s top five leagues.
Gyökeres Seals It Late
Substitute Viktor Gyökeres wrapped up the victory six minutes from time, curling a fine strike into the corner from the edge of the box.
Arsenal remain top of the standings with 21 points.
