Ariana Grande has released a new EP to mark the five-year anniversary of her sixth studio album, “Positions.”
The six-song project, titled “Positions (Vevo Official Live Performances),” was launched on October 30, 2025, exactly five years after the album’s initial debut.
The EP contains the live audio from Grande’s 2021 Vevo session. The tracklist includes live versions of core album songs: “POV,” the title track “Positions,” and “My Hair.” The collection also features the collaborative tracks “Safety Net” with Ty Dolla $ign and “Off the Table” with The Weeknd, as well as the single “34+35.”
JP Evangelista, Senior Vice President of Content, Programming, and Marketing at Vevo, spoke on the project: “This was such a standout project for us, and we are thrilled to re-release it for the anniversary. Her powerhouse vocals and pure emotion make these performances timeless.
The original “Positions” album was a major commercial success in 2020. It debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and helped the singer secure her Grande’s fifth consecutive chart-topping album. The title single simultaneously debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album, which has since been certified platinum, also earned two Grammy nominations.
Separately, Grande is scheduled to appear in the sequel film, “Wicked: For Good,” which is set for release on November 21, 2025. She reprises her role as Glinda in the Jon M. Chu-directed film which also stars Cynthia Erivo.
