Bad Bunny Wins Big At Premio Lo Nuestro 2026

Bad Bunny dominated Premio Lo Nuestro 2026, taking top honours at the ceremony held on 19 February at Miami’s Kaseya Center. The Grammy-winning artiste secured major awards including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for “Debí Tirar Más Fotos”, and Song of the Year for “DtMF.”

The 38th annual gala recognised achievements across 44 competitive categories spanning pop, urban, tropical and Mexican music. Winners were determined through a combination of radio airplay, streaming data and evaluation by a television committee.

Performances And Key Moments

The ceremony opened with a live performance by Marc Anthony and Nathy Peluso, who delivered the televised debut of their collaboration “Como en el Idilio”. During the broadcast, singer Romeo Santos addressed criticism surrounding earlier remarks on United States immigration policy after receiving Artist of the Year – Tropical.

“There is no organisation or department of any kind that harms my Latino community that deserves my respect,” he said on stage.

Multiple Winners Across Genres

Mexican singer Carín León also recorded multiple wins in regional Mexican categories, including Male Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for “El Amor de mi Herida”. Karol G and Maluma collected awards across the urban and pop fields.

Special Recognition Awards

Special honours were presented to Juanes for Lifetime Achievement, Arcángel as Urban Icon, Los Bukis for Musical Legacy, and Paloma San Basilio and Manolo Díaz for Excellence and Visionary contributions respectively.
