Quilox nightclub marked its 12th founding anniversary with a grand celebration in Lagos on the 21st of December at its premises in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Socialite and former House of Representatives member Shina Abiola, AKA Shina Peller, founded the luxury nightclub, envisioning a premium nightlife destination focused on luxury and lifestyle experiences. Over the years, Quilox has lived up to the founders’ vision of becoming one of Lagos’ most recognised nightlife brands.
Entertainment Highlight
Comedian Destalker hosted the anniversary party, entertaining guests throughout the night. Musical entertainment was provided by Kabusa Choir performing “kwashabala” and soso. A special cake-cutting ceremony was led by Ushbebe, adding humour to the milestone celebration.

The proprietor of Quilox, Shina Peller, reflected on the journey of the luxury nightclub as it marked another milestone, describing its success as a product of grace and vision.
I’m so excited to celebrate. It has always been God’s grace to open a nightclub. A lot of people thought I was running mad when I started.
He explained that Quilox was designed with a vision centred on luxury and lifestyle. He noted that his entry into politics reshaped his personal role in the brand.
Quilox launched the club’s latest addition to its facilities: an AI-powered space called The Magic Room.
“Quilox is not just a nightclub. It is an institution celebrating grace,” Peller stated.
The proprietor encouraged young people to focus on being successful, not just being rich.
