Music icons Ciara and Kehlani led the 2025 Give Her FlowHERS Gala honourees, celebrating influential women in entertainment. The annual ceremony, hosted by Femme It Forward, will take place on 21 November at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
Ciara earned the Muse Award for her enduring influence and cultural impact across two decades of music. Known for timeless hits and powerful performances, she continues to inspire artists and audiences through her creative excellence and leadership.
Kehlani received the Alchemist Award, acknowledging her artistry and resilience. The singer transformed personal experiences into powerful music that connected deeply with fans. Her single “Folded” brought her first two Grammy nominations and marked her debut top ten entry on the Billboard Hot 100.
Other honourees include Jhené Aiko, who will be celebrated for promoting wellness and creativity, and Mariah the Scientist, recognised for her musical breakthrough. Normani also earned the Femme It Forward Award for leadership, while Billboard’s Gail Mitchell will receive the Mentor Excellence Award.
Sylvia Rhone, former CEO of Epic Records, will take home the Legacy Award for her historic achievements as a trailblazing female executive in music. Her influence helped redefine leadership roles for women across the industry.
With the theme “Same Root. New Flower,” this year’s gala also supports the Next Gem Femme mentorship programme, empowering women in entertainment to grow, connect, and lead future generations.
