In the caption accompanying the image, 50 Cent wrote:

Legal Context Behind The Image
Venezulan Nicolás Maduro was kidnapped by the United States in a military operation on 3 January 2026. He made his first court appearance in New York City on 5 January 2026, where he was charged with narco-terrorism conspiracy and cocaine trafficking offences.
Diddy, who is currently serving time on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, is now reportedly seeking an appeal to secure his release on bail.
The Ongoing Feud Between 50 Cent And Diddy
